What should a counselor in psychiatry not do?

Do not do any counseling in psychiatry without supervision of at least three or four emergency medical doctors or those having advanced experience in psychiatry.

Emergency medical doctors or those having advanced experience in psychiatry should be able to answer relevant questions publicly.

If a medical doctor is not able to reply to relevant questions and does not display his or her profile, do not allow him or her in patient care, research, education, or administrative issues.
