Unfair Work Credits

Getting a salary does not mean a person is competent.
Getting a salary does not mean a person is enhancing the economy.

If you come across terminology like low-income and trust fund, it indicates that harmful people have infested the system. If you come across limited partnerships in housing, it means that harmful people have infested the system. As a matter of fact, all limited partnerships in housing should be dissolved. The state department of housing and development can fulfill and serve people in a better manner.

Here is an example.
I will create a trust fund and people from all over the world will donate money. Will this fund enhance the economy and budget?
No, it will not.
In fact, this activity will harm the economy, budget, and rights. People are intentionally deprived of their rights and then, based on flawed logistics, schemes are implemented.
Why do people get involved in such activities?
Due to their lack of skills and knowledge of the economy and budget.

If people have a correct understanding of the economy, budget, and rights, they will never use terms like funding, funds, finance, loan, cash, below the poverty line or daily wage-earners, low-income, or trust fund.

There is no need to elaborate on financial achievements. Fraudulent money is being circulated to the full capacity. Pay commission makes recommendations without knowing the basics of the state economy and budget.

Terms like profit and salary do not reflect that the economy has been enhanced. Remuneration recommendations should be taken into consideration.

Q. How are a GP fund, CP fund, or pension defunct schemes?
A: If there are no products and services, what will people consume? A worker may be unfairly getting credits or remuneration for work; thus, practically, he or she may not enhance essential ingredients of economy.

The focus should be on quality products and services.
These should be distributed fairly.
Those who can work should declare their skills and knowledge, products and services.
If anyone is getting comparatively more remuneration, they should know they do not deserve it.

If anyone is offering free essential services, you should know they get a quota and grants from the system.

A company shows serving products and services to banks or hotels.
None of them is an essential ingredient of economy.

Q. What are the consequences of issuing others different cards, cash, or resources?
A: It destroys economy, budget, and rights.
Matters making it mandatory for all state residents to receive resources through ration card or link card.
Eastern ration card = Western Illinois link card.
What is the equivalent of this card in your state?

A female had sex with a cult member and got higher income.
A male hobnobbed with a political cult and got higher income.
A medical doctor fraudulently and maliciously selected medical doctors for post-graduation and became director of a hospital.
A female medical doctor had sex with one political cult and became principal of a medical college. That is not proof of competence. That is criminal wrongdoing.

Who should be punished?
All those who are directly and indirectly involved.
From the place of origin, transit to place of destination and others.

Q 31. What should be the initial lessons in every Engineering college?
A: Planning and Development.

Human Resources
http://www.qureshiuniversity.com/humanresourcesworld.html

Q 48. How does the state calculate the requirement of the number of new workers in a specific discipline, and requirement of products and services?
The state Department of Economy and Budget calculates them.
The state Department of Human resources with various universities educates them.
In some regions, the state Department of Human Resources is called as State Department of Personnel.

Q 49. Does circulating a requirement for new workers guarantee that existing workers are competent?
No, it does not. You need to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing workers, and at the same time educate new workers.

Work Credits

Q 50. Are methods of calculating work credits by various departments fair?
No, they are not.

Q 51. Who should get work credits?
What should be criteria for getting work credits?
How should you calculate work credits?
What are the key products and services?
What is the quantity of products or services?
How is the quality of products or services?
Are these products or services essential ingredients of the economy?
Are these products or services available?
You should focus on products and services in essential ingredients of the economy.
You should focus on skills and knowledge in essential ingredients of the economy.
Products and services in essential ingredients of the economy should get work credits.
Skills and knowledge in essential ingredients of the economy should get work credits.
You should publicly display your skills and knowledge in essential ingredients of the economy.
You should publicly display your products and services in essential ingredients of the economy.

Q 52. Can we manage the needs, values and rights of people without taxes?
    A: Yes.

    A: Yes

Q: Are there regions in the world that have partial taxes?
    A: Yes.

Q: By whom and when was the concept of taxes introduced?
Q: Have any recommendations be made so far to abolish taxes?

    A: Proper management of budgets.
Take a look at the budget.
Q 53. What are the indicators that harmful people have infested the system?
Only finance or finance and planning is mentioned.
If you come across terminology like funding or cash reflects, harmful people have infested the system.

Q 54. What are examples of unfair work credits?
Work credits based on salary and not skills, knowledge, products, and services.
If people get a salary, it does not mean they are enhancing the economy.
If a person has been deprived of credits for work, that is a genuine complaint and claim.
If a person has been deprived of remuneration, that is a genuine complaint and claim.
Linking employment to getting salary is a reflection and proof of incompetence, lack of skills, and knowledge of economy and budget.
Linking products and services to work is a reflection and proof of competence, skills, and knowledge of economy and budget.
If a person gets a salary without enhancing essential ingredients of economy, is calling such person employed justified?
No, it is not.
Getting a salary does not mean a person is employed.
Getting a salary does not mean a person is doing useful work.

If the state economy and budget are managed properly, is there a need for zakat?
No, there is not.

Your resource claims to forward needs for people from one continent to another continent in an aircraft.
Why couldn't these resources be mobilized from within the state, adjacent states, or within the continent where people live?
Why was there a need to mobilize and then transfer products and services from another continent?
Have you answered all relevant questions?
No, you have not.
This is exploitation of others for vested, malicious, and fraudulent designs and schemes.
I do not endorse this activity.

Please don't exploit others.
Please don't misuse funds.
Please don't raise funds for those who haven't endorsed it.

Q 55. Where should people submit details of their needs, products and services, skills and knowledge?
A family community resource center is the place to submit the needs, products and services, skills and knowledge, claims, and problems.

The yearly process of economy and budget usually starts on the first day of November.

Q 56. What should happen if there is no family community resource center in your region or state?
If your region or state does not have one, then one should be opened. The mailing address, e-mail, Internet address, fax, and telephone should be available publicly.

From the family community resource center, everything should be routed to the state economy and budget department and the state planning and development department. Always keep essential ingredients of economy in mind. Make sure the state economy and budget and state planning and development departments are managed by people who have answers to relevant questions.

In certain regions and states, there is no state department of human services. Few regions started departments of human services after the year 1990. Regions or states that have state departments of human services are still developing.
Those that do not have a state department of human services need to open one. Workers of a state department of human services should focus on state economy and budget, rights, Essential Commodities Act, Essential Services Maintenance act, and Fair Housing Act.

New York State
To the Governor
I am writing to you after I received the State of New York budget 2011-2012 via email.
I found the following deficiencies.

City University of New York focuses on the urban community of New York City. A university should at least focus on the total population of the state and on the economy and budget of the state.

Audit and Control Department does not have basic insight of state economy, state budget, or rights.

You can nominate at least 100 lawyers from New York to get educated in these dynamics at Qureshi University.

State Governor

Q 63. What are the duties of a governor?

You should know about good character, good behavior, rights, state planning and development, state economy, essential ingredients of economy, state budget, and at least essential commodities act, essential services maintenance act, and fair housing act.

Can a person be a governor or head of the state if he/she does not know and practice good character, good behavior, skills and knowledge of state planning and development, rights, economy, budget, various relevant criminal offenses and English language?
No.

What are the duties of a governor?
A governor has to guide others.
A governor has to guide others in question-and-answer format.
A governor should be able to guide in the English language.
A governor should be able to answer relevant questions.
A governor should be able to guide with regard to good character, good behavior, rights, state planning and development with global perspective, economy, and budget.

Q: What will happen if the state governor, state governing council, and associates are not competent?
A: Your basic rights won't be protected.
Harms will increase.
People will face premature death, disability, and other harms.
Your rights will get violated.

Q: What are the duties and responsibilities of the army in the state?
A: It has to provide supportive services to competent police and administration to protect the rights of the people.
Every state has a state army.
The Army must know relevant criminal offenses.

How should budget cuts be prioritized in the state and outside the state?

You need to identify people consuming more resources in the state and outside the state.
In America, medical doctors, lawyers, fraudulently placed legislators, aviation operators, and others consume more than their share of resources.
Cut their resources.
They do not deserve the remuneration they get.

Let them know all professionals can be educated nowadays in a short period of time.
http://www.qureshiuniversity.com/programs.html
They should get all their resources through state link card or ration card.

What are the essential ingredients of an economy?
A. Food.
B. Clothing.
C. Construction.
D. Maintenance services.
E. Health care.
F. Security.
G. Transportation.
H. Consumer goods.
I. Communications.
J. Education.

The concept of finance has to be replaced with a concept of economy and budget, with a quota-based allotment. Technology, management, and marketing are requirements.
The Department of Finance should be abolished.
A Department of Economy and Budget is essential.
What is essential is each sector, starting from the highest priority to the lowest?
A. Food: Drinkable water, grains, pulses, vegetables, fruits, consumable protein like eggs, poultry, mutton, beef, fish, milk, edible oil, sugar, salt, spices.
B. Clothing: Climate-specific clothing.
C. Construction: State planning and development, water, energy resources, building materials, buildings, roads, railways, airports, others.
D. Maintenance services: Water reservoirs, food warehouses, clothing, buildings, energy resources, railways, road maintenance.
E. Health care: Competent medical doctors who can offer correct diagnoses and treatment, nursing, social service, lab techs, operating theaters, intensive care units, supportive resources and services for medical doctors. Hospital Supplies.
F. Security: Intelligence.
G. Transportation: Railways, trucks, ships, airlines, tractors, buses, electric vehicle.
H. Consumer goods: Cooking ranges, cooking utensils, refrigerators, janitorial items.
I. Communications: Internet, satellite, telephone, postal service.
J. Education: Industry-specific, situation-specific education training and development.

What aren't essential ingredients of the economy?
A. Entertainment.
B. Tourism.
C. Nonessential handicrafts.
D. Wildlife sanctuaries.
E. Religious institutions not imparting situation-specific education.
F. Non-health related sports.
G. Lottery.
H. Ineffective, harmful social services.
I. Harmful property management burdening police, courts, health care resources.
J. Banks and other institutions that try to get involved in loans, funding, financing.
K. Banks that don't integrate with industry-specific, situation-specific education resources and display publicly.

Cut resources of nonessential ingredients of the economy.

In Asia, fraudulently placed legislators and associates consume more resources.
There is a similar situation in Latin America, Australia, and Africa.

Curtail, cut, or reduce these expenditure or resources. Enlist their consumed resources as per food, clothing, health care, transportation, housing or building needs, communications, security, and education needs in the state.

Never reduce, cut, or curtail resources for human services programs.

Identify incompetent people in the state who do not know basics of good character, good behavior, insight of rights, state planning and development, state economy, and state budget.
Ask them relevant questions.
Identify food resources in the state from fields and let them know this comes under the essential commodities act.

Identify all essential services in the state and let them know this comes under the essential services maintenance act.

Let anyone trying to monopolize the housing sector in the state or outside the state know that this comes under state housing and development and fair housing act.

I reiterate: ownership rights belong to inhabitants. Ownership rights means no rent. These are public buildings that have to be utilized in the best interest of people.

Enhance the essential commodities act, essential services maintenance act and fair housing act in the state and outside the state. Enhance indigenous products and services in essential ingredients of economy in the state.

Always enhance human services programs.
Enlist and distribute all resources in the state through link card or ration card.
People get involved in public issues without knowing basics of good character, good behavior, rights, state economy, state planning and development, and state budget.

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am Asif Qureshi.
I am the founder of Qureshi University and the Global Democratic party.

I am a medical doctor.
Take a look at this.
http://www.qureshiuniversity.com/healthcareworld.html

This is in addition to being a medical doctor.
What are the key products and services?
Search engine, consultancy services, professional training, books, other products and services.

What is new?
Should I open a global bank?

Global Bank

These lessons are for those getting involved in banking without any skills and knowledge of state economy and state budget.

Lets examine a global bank.
Name of the currency: Dollar Global or Rupees Global.
This can be accomplished at the global, regional, international, and state level.

Slogan

Dollar Global, Dollar Box
Or
Rupees Global, Rupees Box

I will create a global bank.
I will involve people from America, Asia, Latin America, Africa, and Australia as its shareholders or regional shareholders.

Start issuing loans.
Start fixed deposits.
Start issuing salaries to people.
Start money transfers.
Start having staff of the bank.
Start opening new accounts for people.
Start demarcating public land for banking activities.
Start establishing ATM machines at various locations. Start printing and circulating fraudulent money and deposit in it various accounts.
Start memorandum of understanding with others.
Start claims of employment generation falsely.
Start claims of financial services falsely.

This is going to harm the state economy, state budget, and rights of people.

If others are getting involved in these activities knowing this is going to harm others or through ignorance or intentional short cut to lots of money while getting involved in banking, they should know that others can get involved in these activities. These activities harm others.

Is there a need for any bank or a global bank?
No, there is not.

Survey the public, students, and others.

Did this lesson give you insight of state economy and state budget?
Is education the best method to enhance economy, budget, and rights?
Should all banks be frozen immediately?

Matters related to merging Washington, DC, with adjacent state.

Washington, DC, has become a den of monopoly, crime, criminal conspiracies, and harms.
States should not forward any resources to Washington, DC, unless it merges with an adjacent state.
With what state should Washington, DC, merge?
Various good charactered, well-behaved, competent, state governors and state governing councils should coordinate to enhance economy, budget, and rights.

Questions that are not answered at state level should be answered in the Code of North American Regulations.

How should the CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) be modified to NACFR (North American Code of Federal Regulations)?

The International Joint Commission, United States and Canada, 22 CFR Chapter IV, and Title 35 and Title 28 Judicial Administration henceforth should be called the NACFR (North American Code of Federal Regulations).
This includes all the North American states.
Here are the essential issues.
The Green Card system has to be discarded.
Immigration is a state subject.
People should be categorized as documented and undocumented residents.
The U.S. Congress, Department of State, and White House should be dissolved.
Competent state administrations should take care of people. Programs of every state department of human services should be enhanced.
Anyone in public service involved in harms should be punished. Everyone in every state should get a state link card equal to link card of Illinois or ration card of Asia.
Those getting unfairly higher remuneration should know they do not deserve it and are getting it unfairly.
Their remuneration should be reduced and put on the link card. All of you should know you are in public service; discretion is not an option.
All workers linked to state immigration and outside state immigration should get educated with relevant questions of good character, good behavior, insight of rights, state economy, and state budget. This includes officers, directors, judges, and other relevant staff.

Here are further guidelines.

What did you understand after reading these details and claims?

What did you understand after reading these facts?
Most of the people pretend not to understand the facts.

All banks and treasuries must be frozen.
Your activities are harming the rights of people, the economy, and budget in the state and outside the state.

You should have correct answers to state economy, state budget, and rights, and then get involved in public dealing.

How do you define state economy?
How do you define a state budget?
What is the Essential Commodities Act?
What is the Essential Services Maintenance Act?
What is the Fair Housing Act?
What do you call the method of recording, summarizing, reporting, and analyzing quotas for food, clothing, building needs, transportation, communications, health care, education, land resources, etc., in the state?
Remuneration
Q 74. What is the remuneration in terms of food, clothing, building needs, communications, health care, transportation, work-related tools or equipment, communications, or any other needs?
Matters making it mandatory for all state residents to receive resources through ration card or link card.

Eastern ration card = Western Illinois link card.
What is the equivalent of this card in your state?

Everyone gets quota through ration card. In case economy in state is good, extra products and services will be added to ration card. There is no need for commercial taxes in the state. The focus should be on enhancing the economy of the state.

Every resident of the state is entitled to a ration card.

We cannot introduce any idea into the ration card that will harm rights of people, put people at risk, or harm the state economy.

If you or others are getting more remuneration, do not assume you or they deserve it.
I can educate thousands of workers like you.
I can educate thousands of workers better than you.

What is the remuneration?
This can have details of food, clothing, building or housing needs, maintenance services, health care, security, transportation, consumer goods, communications, situation-specific or industry-specific education training and development.

Who is getting what type of remuneration?

Should remuneration be displayed or pay scale?
Remuneration is a better terminology; it fulfills needs and rights in a better way than pay scale.

What is the remuneration in terms of food, clothing, building needs, communications, health care, transportation, work-related tools or equipment, communications, or any other needs?
Have the genuine needs of all people been enlisted?

If a person has been deprived of remuneration, that is a genuine complaint and claim. Remuneration recommendations should be taken into consideration.

If you know anyone receiving comparatively higher remuneration, they don't deserve it.

Most of the workers and so-called executives get remuneration that they do not deserve.
Are they able to answer all relevant questions correctly and publicly?

Those getting unfairly higher remuneration should know they do not deserve it and are getting it unfairly.
Their remuneration should be reduced and put on the link card.

Those receiving higher remuneration should know they don't deserve it.
Those receiving comparatively better resources should know they don't deserve it.

Those getting higher remuneration should have their remuneration reduced or curtailed in the public interest.

What should happen if a person is originally from the state and at this point is a resident of another state and comes back to the state for 10 to 15 days?
The state can arrange for him or her to get survival needs for 10-15 days if there are no genuine objections.

What should happen if a person is originally from the state and at this point is a resident of another state and comes back to the state permanently?
A ration card should be issued.

Q 75. Is there a difference between economy, budget, and accounting?
Yes, there is.

Q 76. What is the difference between economy, budget, and accounting?
http://www.qureshiuniversity.com/economics.html

Q 77. Do we need products and services in essential ingredients of the economy or financial criminals?
