Do not persuade an individual to call 311, 911 in America, or similar resources in other regions. Up to February 10, 2014, these resources have not resolved such issues. In certain situations, issues have become complicated due to negligence, incompetence, or ignorance.

Update the state department of public health about individuals being victim of human rights violations at specific locations to enable solutions and remedies.
Individual or individuals who have experience in upholding human rights should get involved in public service.
Arrange visits of a medical doctor or counselor to the housing location to verify that the individual is safe.

In addition to human rights violations, an individual can complain of these issues.
